1Membership & Eligibility

To register and use the vipp55 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not representing any third party or corporate entity without written authorisation from vipp55.
• You are not located in a country or territory where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited.
• You are only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from using vipp55 services.
• The information provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date. You are responsible for ensuring your account information remains current.

Vipp55 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. 2Account & Security

Account security is a shared responsibility between vipp55 and its members. The following terms regarding account management must be observed:

• Vipp55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request is fraudulent and must be reported to our support team immediately.

• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the vipp55 support team immediately. We will freeze your account to prevent further loss.
• The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any technical tools that manipulate games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months a monthly administrative fee of RM10 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower, will be charged until the balance reaches zero.

3Deposit & Withdrawal

4Bonus & Promotions

All bonus and promotional offers at vipp55 are subject to specific terms stated in each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every member is eligible to claim a welcome bonus 100% up to RM500 for their first deposit. This bonus may only be claimed once and cannot be combined with other offers.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for the welcome bonus is 10x the total of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, you must wager RM2,000 before withdrawing winnings derived from the bonus.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonuses within this period will expire automatically.
• The weekly cashback bonus is calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period and will be credited to your account every Monday.
